📋 Implementation Details

• The main verification method in most jurisdictions will be selfie age estimation, with a fallback to ID check if needed.
• It will be rolled out with a one-week grace period to verify at your convenience.
• Verification will depend on your access location — it will be mandatory in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, and the following U.S. states:
  AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY
• Users connecting from regions outside these areas will not be required to verify.

These requirements have already taken effect in several regions, and more are expected to follow as new regulations roll out. This is a big change, but one that’s necessary — otherwise, we would have to geo-block these regions!
