We're excited to introduce a significant upgrade to our platform—Semantic Memory 2.0. This enhanced memory system converts your ongoing chats into concise "memories," enabling richer detail retention and more engaging, extended roleplays.

How It Works:

Semantic Memory 2.0 converts segments of conversations into memories, which then inform the generation of new messages. Every four conversations result in one memory being added to the system.

For ongoing chats, this integration will be smooth. The next message you send will trigger the system to process up to 60 previous messages at a time, starting from the beginning of your chat. - Add Memories: Enhance your chatbot's context by manually adding memories. - Edit Memories: Fine-tune or modify the details in the memories that the system has extracted.

- Delete Memories: Clear out memories that are no longer relevant or useful to streamline the conversation flow.

- Pin Memories: Keep crucial memories always active in the dialogue by pinning them, ensuring they are always considered, even when the token limit is reached.

Using the Memory Manager is optional, offering you transparency and influence over how your chatbot remembers interactions.

Additional Notes:

- Memories are retained uniquely for each conversation and do not transfer between different chats.

- At present, cloning a conversation will not replicate its memories. Instead, new memories will be created upon initiating the chat.

- The Memory Manager is currently only available on the web version, but we plan to extend this feature to our mobile app in the coming weeks.

Moving forward, all newly created Public Chatbots will be submitted for a review process. Our dedicated moderation team will assess these submissions to ensure they comply with our content guidelines before being published. This proactive approach will help maintain the quality and integrity of the content available on Spicychat Ai. The chatbot will be accessible by the creator while in Review. User Interface Improvements:

To make the review process clearer and more interactive, we’ve updated our UI to display "Action Required" for chatbots that need revisions, replacing the previous "Reported" status. -Once a chatbot is submitted for review, editing capabilities will be disabled. -You'll have the ability to save your revisions as drafts on Action Required chatbots if you are not ready to submit for review.

Moderation Notes and Direct Support:

Our moderators can now provide specific notes to creators, offering clear guidance on necessary changes. It's currently labeled as "Description" which will be changed to "Mod Notes" in the next few days. Additionally, for any uncertainties, creators can directly contact our support team for assistance.

Bonus Update: We've updated the color of the Chatbot Profile page icon to signify definition visibility. Chatbots with visible definitions will now feature a colored icon, allowing you to easily distinguish them.

We are constantly exploring new AI technologies to enhance your chat experience. Following comprehensive testing and encouraging outcomes, we are excited to introduce an upgraded default model, evolving from llama-1 to the more advanced llama-3.

During our testing phase, we observed a notable 15% reduction in negative feedback and a 7% increase in the regeneration selection rate—both key indicators of improved model performance.

For those who prefer the interaction style of our previous model, we are pleased to continue offering it as an option. You can access the legacy model via the Generation Settings (chat page menu) on our web platform.

Additional Updates for 'I'm All In' Tier Users:

• We have discontinued the MythoMax feature due to its low usage. Although it will still appear in our mobile apps, the upgraded default model will be utilized.
• The default model now supports an expanded 8K token context exclusively for 'I'm All In' tier users.

We're thrilled to announce the rollout of a highly requested feature that enhances your chatting experience — Continue Generation! Now, you can let your character automatically generate follow-up responses, enriching your story or conversation without needing your input. Just when you think there’s more to say, let your character take the lead and continue the dialogue seamlessly.

Please, note that it’s better to use the feature only when you feel like the character has more to say, only using the continue generation and making the character speak too many turns in a row will lead to repetitions. Edit Greetings Message:

In addition, we've addressed issues with editing greeting message on new chats. You can now edit the greeting messages in new chats without any glitches. This update ensures that you can start each conversation just the way you want.

We're excited to announce a new feature that enhances your browsing experience on our platform. To offer more flexibility, we're implementing a new Public Mode that'll blur highly explicit avatars. (optional)

Key Details:

- Where? Explicit images will be blurred on all website pages.

- What? Images with nudity or that are overly sexual will be blurred.

- Viewing Full Images: You can view the full, unblurred images by clicking on the avatar when you are in the chat. - Customize Your Experience: You can toggle this setting on or off in your profile settings based on your preference.

How It Works:

Our AI automatically identifies and blurs images deemed highly explicit. Our moderation team also reviews and marks avatars accordingly. If you encounter any explicit images that are not blurred, please report them, and our moderators will address it.

Availability:

- Website: The feature is available immediately.

-Mobile Apps: This feature will be included in the next app update. However, to adjust this setting in the android app, you'll need to configure them through the website to comply with Google's policies.

We're extending the anime magic to your conversations too! Premium subscribers now have access to this anime model for generating conversation images. While we're considering making this our future default, you can currently toggle between the classic Semi-Realistic Model and the vibrant new anime-style model in Conversation Image Settings.

🔥 NSFW Mode:

We have introduced an NSFW toggle that will generate more explicit image prompts to generate more explicit images. 🔧 Lora Scale Customization:

Take control with the new Lora Scale setting. Fine-tune the influence of your bot's avatar on generated images with this feature. While the default is set to 0.8, feel free to play around with it. Higher values mean a closer resemblance to your chatbot's avatar, and lower values offer more varied results.

In our enthusiasm to deliver new features and improvements, we moved a bit too quickly, leading to a couple of unintended setbacks. Here's a summary of what happened and where we stand now:

Generation Settings:

We identified a critical bug that inadvertently prevented your custom generation settings from being applied. Despite making changes, these would revert to default settings upon page reload, which meant many of you were unknowingly using the default configuration, believing your custom settings or models were in effect.

We're relieved to inform you that this issue has been comprehensively addressed and resolved. Your settings should now persist and function as intended, allowing for a seamless and personalized experience on our platform.

Edit Greeting:

We've also noticed a limitation with the "Edit Greeting" feature, which currently only works after the first message has been sent. Recognizing this as an oversight, we're diligently working on a solution. An update to fix this issue will be rolled out soon, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as we fine-tune this functionality.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these issues may have caused. Your feedback and experience are incredibly important to us, and we're committed to ensuring our platform not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Based on your feedback regarding the recent changes to the Interface for Regenerating responses, we've made the following improvements:

• Made Left/Right chevron bigger to make them easier to click
• Made the regeneration Icon bigger
• Moved the Message Rating to be right aligned
